Prescription Refills Please contact your pharmacy prior to contacting our office to check if refills are left for your prescription.If there are no refills left, please notify us at least two full days before your prescription will deplete which allows our staff the opportunity to collaborate with your provider. For a prescription refill, please give your name, birthdate, daytime phone, the name of the medication and the name and phone number of the pharmacy you utilize.
If you request a refill after business hours or during a weekend, your pharmacy will be contacted within two business days. When you are given medication, please finish the prescription. If you are experiencing side effects or if you feel your condition has not improved, contact our office and communicate this to your provider.
